I am a chemotherapy nurse by day and a creative soul by night. Making art has
long been my way of balancing care, creativity, and connection. I have been
designing and creating mohair artist bears since 1993, alongside cloth dolls, each
piece thoughtfully designed and carefully brought to life by hand.
Every bear I make is an original, created using high-quality mohair, traditional
cotter pin joints, and glass eyes. They are made as collectible artworks for adult
collectors, with attention to character, expression, and longevity. No two bears
are ever the same; each has its own personality and story.

More recently, I have expanded my art to include polymer clay and papier-mâché
animal sculptures. These pieces are also entirely handmade and one of a kind,
celebrating individuality and the beauty of small variations that come with
handcrafting. Quality materials, patience, and care are at the heart of everything I create.

My passion for animals—especially dogs, cats, and bears—strongly influences my
work across all mediums. I also love drawing and regularly create both realistic
studies and illustrative pieces using coloured pencils and watercolour, further
exploring character, emotion, and form.
